We need a solution. There are many people who cannot return to Cuba due to government repression; upon entering the border, they were issued 220A documents. They have been here for over six years and have been unable to legalize their status. We need assistance; they have no work permits and no legal status, yet they are paying lawyers who are scamming people—charging thousands of dollars—despite knowing full well that these individuals cannot legalize their status.

Presente mi Ajuste de estatus para la residencia el 3 de Julio 2024 y el permiso de trabajo, su renovación el 11 de Marzo 2025, el periodo trabajado, no tuve ningún problema, al contrario por Amazon me habían dejado fijo y trabaje en una midle school, donde mi trabajo fue reconocido y recibí un diploma de reconocimiento.

Es hora de terminar con esta injusticia, no hemos hecho nada para merecer esto.

Soy médico cubana , pude llegar a este gran país en el 2023 por Parole Humanitario, hace dos años apliqué a la Ley de Ajuste Cubano , aún a la espera para definir mi status .
