Excessive regulations can make family life in the Cotswolds undesirable.

It is very important to have some degree of personal discretion. I suggest ARC avoid the appearance of being arbitrary in it's approvals and relax it's restrictions. I would like to maintain a "pleasant environment".

I see no problem with small garden flags.

I strongly feel the ARC and the rest of the HOA Board has overstepped its authority by banned all types of outdoor flags. I sign this petition to express my support for the flying of outdoor flags

Although I do have a problem with white perimeter invisible dog flags that remained for an extended period of time.

I don't have a sign, but am not opposed if others choose to have one on their lawn as long as it is in good taste and well maintained.

After thoughtful discussion the thought arose in my mind about someone branding a yellow ribbon for a missing soldier. I think this covers that. We don't know what a flag can mean to a person. It ought to be allowed to an extent.
