We, the undersigned, request that the Branford Planning and Zoning Commission uphold its current zoning regulations, respect the 2008 Plan of Conservation and Development, and deny Application #15-2.3, submitted by Costco Wholesale Corp, 595 Corporate Circle, and the Orchard Hill Partners LLC, for a Planned Development District on properties at 569 East Main Street, 573 East Main Street, 16 East Industrial Road, 20 East Industrial Road, and 26 East Industrial Road. Thank you.
