All the complete scores are long overdue. If UA/MGM no longer have all the master tapes, how about finally letting an orchestra re-record those bits that are missing/lost and amalgamating with the master tapes that are still available. Might not be the actual original recordings, but its a lot lot better than not having anything! Come on UA/MGM - you know these complete scores would be snapped up by all Bond fans!
