The Chopwell Hotel must not be developed into housing.

This Village has been and is a very community spirited area,and needs MORE buildings for community use the Chopwell Hotel is an integral part of the village always has been in whatever guise,housing is the very last thing the village needs there.

Every empty building in chopwell has either turned into houses or flats. Let's keep the buildings as they were and bring our community back to life. It's good to see some of our shops been re opened as they once were like the coffee pot. Don't let chopwell loose it's identity by taking away all we've known. Keep the Hotel.

This building is the heart of the village and has been for many generations. The people of Chopwell are doing great things to get the village back to how it used to be, a real community that benefits all. Absent landlords are destroying the community.
