Dogs are pack animals and to be chained alone is just cruel to dogs. Plus why would someone want a dog if they never spend time with them, they need love and care.

We have been fighting to “unchain” dogs in Ossining NY for 2 years !!! A wonderful dog has been chained for 7 years ! Never walked !! We need Strong Tether Laws NOW! Thank you CLAAW!! We are with you !

This sickens my stomach ....God only knows what I would do if I seen this kind of abuse .....the question is would your kids outside chained up in the freezing cold ,or the 100 degree heat ....now answer that question ..nuff said
