I believe an act like this could be beneficial. I also think that the statutes should be refined a bit more to make sure that it’s completely legally sound and doesn’t cause more harm than good when it’s all said and done, but you are certainly on the right track with the notion that bystanders should not be bound by law to have to idly stand by and watch someone else die a death at the hands of law enforcement that could have been easily and COMPLETELY avoided. Thank you for this.

Citizens need the power to protect those they see being murdered by police officers. We shouldn't have to stand by and watch a man die for no reason at all. We shouldn't be watching videos of black men being murdered by white people thinking they are better than black people. It's time to make a change!
