When an injustice is done to the people, it should be made LAW like all the other laws. The people shall have the right to stop a crime from happening to their fellow man!!

Unarmed citizens or bystanders should have the right to come to the Aid and intervine when the unarmed citizen that has been arrested and not resisting aresst. AND is being brutalized by the police . also the unarmed citizen or bystanders should have the right to have citizens arrest of any officer or officers that are doing brutality to an unarmed citizen That has not reseted arrest.
