This petition is to ask the members of the board of the home owners assoc. to terminate the services of Hammersmith Management Inc. Our belief is that Hammersmith does not provide appropriate services in an appropriate amount of time. This condominium complex is being adversely affected because of the delays in service to fix repairs in a timely manner. Their requirements to accept fully qualified contractors is delaying the hiring of these contractors and at times only allows the contractors that are affiliated with Hammersmith to be hired. Because of this situation we are unable to have several estimates done and therefor we are at the mercy of the higher prices of Hammersmith's contractors.
