yes! yes! yes! coming from an addict/alcoholic I vote absolutely yes! would love help in my county starting a home like this. we have so many who need help, they get out of jail and have nothing so they go back to the lives they know, heroin is bad here, I74 from Indy to Cinn is called Heroin Hwy. and is 20 miles from my town. It's sooo sad.
