All throughout middle school, it was preached to the students of both local middle schools 'if you were caught sending or receiving nudes you would be charged with a felony.' There have never been an incident, to my knowledge, of anyone actually getting reported for such things, but what happens when it does? At my highschool (Camden County High school) a boy has been reported for threatening to release a minors nudes, harassing girls for nudes, and harassing girls in general. Though it was reported the only thing done about the situation was two days of after school detention, one which he got out of. My friends and I proceeded to start a paper petition and try to get as many signatures as possible to get him sent out of this school. The administration heard about this, they called all of those with a copy up to the administration office, they ripped it to shreds. Their reasoning behind the act was, "it's slander" and "it's harassment". I personally will not stand by and watch as more girls become victimized by this boy, how about you? The goal is to have this boy Timothy Wilke, to face a more severe charge: expulsion, ISS, OSS, anything besides the two measly days of detention he received.
