The anti-racing, anti-NGA Greyhound Greyhound Club of America should not be the ASFA-recognized breed parent club for Greyhounds!

GCA has been aggressively exclusive for years. Do not put them in the position of making decisions for everyone that they look down their noses at.

GCA has made their anti racing opinions very clear, many many times in the past. They tossed their hat into the let's ban wagering on GH last fall. I'd be afraid letting their foot into the door, that the coursing folks will be their next target. Please, keep the GCA as far away from all athletic events as possible and don't allow them any membership/parent club privileges.

A parent club for a breed should be a "big tent" organization which enthusiastically embraces all segments of the breed it is supposed to represent.
Clearly, the GCA does not do that and is showing no signs that it intends to do that.
I urge everyone who is pro-racing and pro-NGA Greyhound to sign this petition and send a message to both ASFA and the GCA that no Greyhound breed club can be both anti-racing and anti-NGA Greyhound and claim parent breed club status.

GCA does not represent the interests of all greyhound breed enthusiasts and does not support the largest of purebred greyhound registries, the NGA, therefore should not be the ASFA-recognized breed parent club for greyhounds.

No to the GCA being an affiliate club of the ASFA. The GCA is too far biased to be affiliated.
