This is about the Answer Center at Valencia College West campus. Everyday, there are so many people in the line for the Answer Center. With not a lot of time during the day, people will spend about 2 to 3 hours in line for something that can be taken care of in 10 minutes. Other people only have a few questions that only the center can answer. The workers in there are not diligent at all. They are utterly slow, don't care about the students, have unpleasant attitudes, and there is ALWAYS 4 - 5 workers that has to handle 50 - 70 students. If a worker gives you a Door Pass and tells you to come later, they are not there when you return. If you wait, they STILL won't be there. Resolution: More workers. Faster workers. A booth specifically for questions only. IT IS ABOUT TIME FOR A CHANGE!!!
