Please keep the Waddington airshow going. I was brought up in Branston and now moved away from the area but every year return for a family airshow day.

I look forward to the show each year. It's a spectacular event which I attend religiously each year. I'm deeply upset about this news, such a shame.

Although not from Lincolnshire I have visited many of its aviation sites, airfields and airshows over the past 30 years and feel it is imperative that airshows are kept in the county. Lincolnshire is the spiritual home of the RAF and this must never be forgotten. An annual airshow would be a fitting tribute to Lincolnshires proud aviation tradition.

We need to keep our Lincol shire airshow. It would be a travesty for Bomber County not to celebrate our fantastic history this way.

There must be a replacement show for Lincolnshire. My vote is for scampton! Kee scampton open and have an airshow.

The Airshow should continue in Lincolnshire to retain it's links to the aviation history of the county. RAF Scampton, the home of the Dambusters, would be a fantastic venue.

We have always taken our children to Waddington. It is such a shame they won't be able to go again.
