Why the cancellation, RAF Fairford can still hold an annual event why not Waddington. It must bring in money for the local economy as well as RAF charities.

It's important to keep these airshows,seen to many closed never to be ruturned,I'm in the south east and used to go to biggin hill a great airshow brought the cummunity together and was a great source of income to the area

We have travelled to Waddo from Durham for many years. We love it!
It's always a most professionally run event.
It is the most northerly "proper" airshow (Sunderland Airshow is good, though and Teesside airshow next year promises to deliver).
It beats other big shows hands down. Including RIAT.
PLEASE have a Lincolnshire Airshow!

We must have an international air show each year, we cannot let health and safety out rule every public event going on a 'this and that might happen' basis. An airshow at the coast would be a better idea too so spectators can see jets flying at their full potential and full speed, thus giving it a better, more exciting display? There is money to be made at these public events, so it is money lost if these events are cancelled!
