Despite my very close association with the 3 Arts Theatre in the first few years of its existence, it is now run down, the gathering place of undesirables and appears derelict. Either renovate after discussion with local ratepayers or demolish the eyesore.

The building and area are an eyesore and at present have no use. A decision needs to b made as to whether it could be renovated or whether the only practical solution is to demolish. If the latter it should be ASAP. The owners should realise that they have a responsibility as to how they impact other peoples lives regarding health, safety, enviRONMENT ETC.

It is necessary to redevelop this site to ensure both the security of the surrounding properties and the general aesthetics of the area.

The property is a total eyesore for the local population. There should be a small retail outlet constructed and providing employment for the unemployed. The disused vehicles, the overgrown grounds as well as the attraction for homeless and criminal elements are completely unacceptable. I am sure that current owners of the family would not reside in this arrear and accept the conditions that we as residents have to put up with every day. An urgent decision needs to be made with regard to this matter. The conditions are reaching a critical point regarding safety and health are concerned.

The theatre should be utilised as anything but a vacant and unused building. There are many options available in community service. The preference is that the current owners need to come to some conclusion with what to do. The current situation is leading to infestation of pests and petty crime. The unsightly dilapidated old vehicles and “stuff” standing in the public eye is a disgrace. The property should be torn down and the used to provide secure parking shopping complex for the older population that reside in the immediate vicinity of the property.

The entire plot is a disgrace. Restore or demolish to make way for something attractive and in keeping with the urban surroundings.

Time to restore the neighborhood - the Quibells need to sell now or never... They are not going to get the exorbitant sales price, nor should they retain a share in the site - time to let go and move on.

A huge, derelict eyesore, which brings along with it unwanted, and unsavoury lurkers.

This is an eyesore

It has been left abandoned way too long. There are so many possibilities for that site that it is incomprehensible that it has been allowed to become a useless eyesore.

3 arts definitely needs to be replaced with a more surberban friendly building
