May Nazarene’s continue to stand for all biblical compassion, justice, and reconciliation. Our rich history as Wesleyans and even the origin of our name “Nazarene” as well as the examples of our founders show us how works of mercy are part and parcel with works of piety. There is NO holiness but social holiness, as Mr. Wesley himself said. The love of God casts out all sin… personal AND systemic.
