This petition is for people who want to see Jerry Lewis back on the Labor Day Telethon. Not because he needs it or because he's more important than the kids but because WE WANT TO THANK HIM FOR HIS LIFE'S WORK. This petition requests that MDA reinstate Jerry to whatever status he wishes for the telethon and name him an emeritus chair of the MDA. We ask all signers to make a donation NO MATTER HOW SMALL to the MDA for this telethon. Even if Jerry is not reinstated. If we do, and we get him his $1 more, we thank Jerry. We only ask he is also on the telethon to see this moment!
