Giving the students of LOS more time to celebrate a holiday grounded in the Christian tradition (aka Thanksgiving), upholds what LOS stands for as a school. The administration of the school should try to uphold what LOS stands for.
Therefore, in order to uphold what LOS stands for, the administration of the school should give the students of LOS more time to celebrate Thanksgiving.

Taking the time to give thanks with loved ones is invaluable. I believe that the schooling will be relatively unaffected by extended this precious time a few days.

Part of homeschooling is being able to be flexible and have more family time! I signed my daughter up for logos knowing I would give up some of that but would love a full Thanksgiving break! We will be out of town and absent anyway so it would be wonderful if it was a break!:) thank you for considering!

I would love a few more days to catch up on homework and study. We often go to our grandparent's house during Thanksgiving, and it would be great to not have class and spend more time with them.

I know we already have every friday of, which i am extremly gratful for, but the idea of having a few extra days sound amazing, and also would give our teachers extra time to catch up on grading.
