Your motivation and determination were an inspiration to our college. Thanks for helping our students and staff. Even on the most challenging days, you make my life at work better. We’re not just good colleagues, but good friends as well, and I’m grateful for that. It is absolutely shame how you have been treated. As a loyal and dedicated member of staff you should have been treated with dignity and respect. However, the staff and students have nothing but admiration and respect for you. Hope our paths cross again.

Always so kind to the ESOL students. Helpful to staff and students alike. CBAT a less welcoming place than before. You'll be missed Arnie!

To think that there will be no more "hello my favourite" to everyone that enters the building is just sad. Good luck in whatever you do next.

Another example of a cost cutting exercise that totally doesn't take into account the quality of the person we are losing. Same happened in exams and we saw the consequences and the same is happening here. We forget he was a national Award winning Security guard more than once for a reason. He charmed the students and staff and at the same time he was the first to get stuck in when needed. He had a presence at the door and was well liked by the students and staff. I will miss him and our loss is someone else's gain. In life you get what you pay for and this cost cutting exercise has lost us someone who was incredibly good at what they did.
