Our European Citizenship has been stolen from us and our children. I will never forgive the liars, cheats and charlatans who enabled this travesty. We will rejoin, hopefully in my lifetime.

Heartbroken to be leaving. I'll continue the fight until we are back with our friends. I am European!

Our world is too small a place to be concerned with petty nationalism. We will work tirelessly to strengthen our common bonds.

I am ashamed and so very unhappy that our self serving government has succeeded in gaslighting so many of the UK population against all logic.

A bright future requires people to come closer together, not further apart. We can not now stop what is to happen but we can hope that as the results play out it becomes obvious that a future of closeness and co-operation is better for all.

Now is no time to pull up a non-existent drawbridge. In a connected world facing huge problems, we need connected answers...

We have just witnessed an incredible international effort to create and test an essential medical innovation; the new Covid-19 vaccines demonstrate how important alliances remain.
