Act now, KCC is about to embark on a re-surfacing programme to theThanet Way which cuts through Herne & Herne Bay. The noise pollution can be reduced significantly by including a tyre noise reducing membrane. Please sign this petition to encourage KCC to include this in the road improvement about to be undertaken and reduce the noise pollution to hundreds of homes.
