My 14 year old daughter used bus 20 to get to Kingston school. She now faces a 6 Mile round trip from Covingham which for a lone girl very unsafe and unpleasant in cold weather

Once again Thamesdown & the local council show scant regard for the people who use this service.

Many people of various ages rely on this bus to get them around to appointments and events and it is vital that it is continued.

This is a bus to the hospital, not an easy place to get to if you are unable to drive. I now have to use a taxi, which costs £6.70 each way. I have attended 4 appointments in the last week = £53.60.

I know many OAPs that need this service to get to the hospital and now have to rely on others to take them. It's unjust to take away their independence.

This is used by various members of my family who are sold or too young to own a car. It is a vital link and should be saved

As an oap i used to bus or walk down to aldi but now i hate the narrow pavement as it is not safe for an elderly person when school chikdren are walking along too. Bus 20 is my lifeline to town, doctors and my family. If it is wihdrawn i will be stranded and relying on others which as an independent oap i am not at all happy and feel neglected and pushed aside.

A bus service should be just that. It is an enabler for economic and social activities NOT a closed system that must justify itself on its own P&L account.

Bring it back! Losing the #nos 20 has made my life much harder. Community lifelines shouldn't be about pure profit. It always had passengers aboard when I used it.

this is the only bus to the hospital without having to go all the way in to town and change to another bus which for elderly and disabled is very difficult and as a carer makes everyone's life very difficult
