Make Transport for London accountable
This petition is to force London Transport to change their policy on customer service. I the signed have witnessed or experienced an abusive, negligent or rude member of transport staff and I wish to express my agreement that London Transport (TFL) needs to change its policy regarding complaints and the police. This policy means that managers do not have to disclose to the police or to the member of public, the outcome of the complaint. As tax paying citizens, we demand not only the review of this policy but would push for the obviously lacking customer service program to be upgraded in time for 2012 London Olympics when TFL's employees will represent our city.
