This petition requestes the the state of Texas discontinue the Texas Surcharge System, run by the private corporation MSD, on the grounds that this system is nothing more than a system to increase the revenue of Texas at the citizens expence, and that it preys on the citizens of Texas.

it is about time someone put a stop to this. it feels like highway robbery every time i get a bill in the mail. texas needs to be better than this.
