Bring back the freedom to openly carry all guns in public and remove
Police Nazi shoot first and exemption from abuse on public.Sue the police and if shoot them. No militarize police force.Police do not need tools of war.Make it legal to shoot bad cops! Punish bad cops !

I plea the Second Amendment of The Constitution, written for and by, the people of The United States of America, over which The State Of Texas is governed, as well as and including the hopeful voting process for amendment of wordage of The Texas Constitutions Bill Of Rights, Article 1, Section 23 to be actively and unequivocally SPONSORED and UPHELD in favor of the PEOPLE, by the LAWS, of the Great State of Texas, that, in fact, was once somewhat of a TRADITION, in this State, decades before "OPEN CARRY" was ever thought or heard of. It is my, as well as many others, formal request, that this law be extended to the common, peaceful citizens of this State with expedience through lawful legislation and governance. This is the Plea I ask to be addressed. God Bless The United States Of America, and The Great State Of Texas.

I believe the right to bear arms, means the right bear those arms in public. As a law abiding citizens of Texas for most of my life, I feel we should be allowed to open carry. And would even be willing to be licensed to do so. Think of the number of crimes that could be deterred if we we're an open carry state?

Please allow us the right to protect ourselves from those who seek to do us harm by acting on their distorted political views or by acting due to mental instability or both. We deserve the right to ensure the safety of those around us by allowing us to be a deterent and a protector should the need arise.

State regulation of carry preference for law abiding citizens is a violation of the Second Amendment.
