Other states are following suit as we speak. If done properly this should be no problem for our state to handle.

It's hot in Texas. It would be nice to open carry with a light jacket on and not worry some one might see the fire arm and get a citation for it.

This should not even be an issue. If one qualifies to conceal carry we should also be able to open carry. Texas out of all states should not be the one having this as an issue!

protect myself and my family. I am a
US States Air Force veteran. I served
my country during the Vietnam Conflict. When I enlisted I took an Oath to defend my country against all enemies, "Foreign and Domestic",
and as far as I'm concerned, I'm still bound by that oath.

We people who are law abiding have the right to defend ourselves against the evel and ceazy doped up law braking people who would take our lives and think nothing of it.We also have the right to carry and protect ourselves from the threat of terrorist who may be all over our country.We good and lawful people must feel some security for ourselves, families and friends.Please open your eyes and see that we need self protection.
