"The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressmen, have decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law. Resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences. This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the US constitution and not be held accountable. This decision will have far reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic. Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution."

This petition seeks to bring awareness to the fact that we, the people of the great state of Texas, will not tolerate the infringement of our civil liberties that the ignorance and failure to acknowledge the Constitutional inconsistencies that plagued the 2020 Election carries with it. We, the people of Texas, wish to stand in support of forming a union in which the Constitution of the United States of America is upheld.

Updates

December 24, 2020

The feedback I have received illustrates how deeply many of you feel about the current constitutional crisis. I am currently organizing these concerns into a formal document to present to our representatives as we seek a path back to foundational integrity.

The steady growth of this petition shows a clear desire among Texans to revisit the foundations of our governance. It is grounding to witness so many individuals reflecting on the constitutional integrity of our state and the future of our republic.

I want my freedoms back ! I need my first amendment to be fully acknowledged I need my second amendment to be fully acknowledged and all my Constitutional rights recognized and honored. I want every election moving forward to be paper ballots only no more dominion machines hooked up to the Internet so that China can steal our elections. We need to separate ourselves from the corruption of our schools and big government. I want to live in Texas as a private free citizen no longer tethered to corrupt government.

Unlawful actions of other states deprive the rights of law-abiding states! Simply put, one child that acts against another, the parents must discern the truth of the bad acts of the other child; so the supreme court must decide the Bad actions of some states hurting and depriving the rights of the law abiding states. This illegal activity of some states can not stand! Justice in the United States of America must prevail!!!

Let's secede. The united states no longer holds the values we Texans signed up for. Texas doesn't need the United States, the United States needs Texas!
