It's time to think about the future of racing.
Please consider our request.
If you present this proposal and delete the men and women part; you might be surprised how many racers are outraged about that distance being in the heat of the day while the 33 is at 9 am.
If nothing else, realize the health aspect.

Place the women's race where it rightfully belongs, on par with the men's race. Simple, easy and ultimately the right thing to do.

These alterations to start times and distances do not make sense. They are based on nothing besides sexist preconceptions. Please use reason to readjust them.
