Mr. Hardge, you have injected a significant degree of excitement and discussion among those following Mullen Automotive and those who are interested in electric vehicles in general. The world is in need of an EV revolution, and the truly extraordinary results that you claim can be achieved by your “Energy Management Module Technology” promise to turn the EV world upside down if proven. People who have been following your story appreciate your willingness to share openly about what you are doing and the promises that you have in store. It is a refreshing change from the veil of secrecy that corporations often hide behind.

In the scientific community, those who believe they have made groundbreaking discoveries or radical breakthroughs are usually eager to make their test results and data available to the scientific community as quickly as possible, so that the community can properly review the claims and validate the discovery. The testing and confirmation of results by the community is a critical aspect of discerning valid from invalid claims, especially when it comes to inventions or ideas that have the potential to disrupt an industry.

From what you have said, Mr. Hardge, it seems that you recognize the importance of sharing evidence to provide validation for claims. In a live online talk you gave to hundreds of listeners a couple weeks ago, you stated:

"You don’t have to lie to your investors. Tell them the truth, and if you telling the truth you don’t mind making an announcement about what you’re doing. You don’t mind showing the documentation to the shareholders so they know that you being real. And this is what I represented to Mullens: if I can’t be honest and real I don’t want to be a part of Mullens."

It is your outspoken desire to be honest and real that appeals to those who are tired of corporations that hold back from providing definitive answers, often with the intent to string people along with hype and “Trust me bro” claims. Based on your words, we trust that you eager to share the documentation that would provide clear validation of the results that can be achieved with your technology and invention.

Up till now, all the documentation that the public has seen regarding your technology are little bits and fragments pieced together from various sources, such as a page from an Element Materials test report of the 6-passenger golf cart that indicated that it was tested with the drive wheels raised off the ground to allow it to spin freely. We also have an article that describes how the Chevy Bolt with your Black Box Technology ran for “an equivalent of 270 driven miles” at a constant 40 MPH, with radio, lights, and air conditioning turned on, with an average of 38.2% battery charge remaining.

Mr. Hardge, you have publicly stated in social media posts and interviews that your device can achieve even more incredible results. You have stated that a Chevy Bolt retrofitted by you can go “765 miles to a full charge at 65 mph,” and that this result is “Tested & Documented & Certified.”

In a live interview with JPRG Radio, you indicated that even this would be greatly underestimating what your device can do. In your words, “I can make that car go 2000, I can make it go 3000... I can make it run as long as I want to.” As you explained in that interview, range anxiety and running out of charge on the road is a real factor that gives people pause about making the transition to electric vehicles, so an invention that can achieve the incredible range results you have indicated would go a long way towards eliminating this anxiety.

And even the lack of charging infrastructure in many parts of the world wouldn’t be an issue given your company’s claims that your Evercharge Technology “rejuvenates parked & cold batteries unplugged 100% in 24 hours,” in addition to allowing incredibly fast charging when the vehicle does get plugged in. As stated on your company’s site, “It allows EVs to charge fully at lightning speeds at public charging stations in 15-20 minutes or within 1 hour at home, saving time and energy resources.” The combination of ultra long range, self-rejuvenation, and lightning fast recharge rates would surely eliminate EV range anxiety altogether if true.

To provide assurance that this revolution in EV range and technology is at hand, all we ask for is that you publicly share the documentation that you have on multiple occasions said certify the results regarding your invention. According to Mullen Automotive press releases, there is a test report from Element Materials dated May 14, 2021, which details the testing done on a Chevy Bolt with your EMM device. In addition, there is a separate, earlier report from Element dated November 25, 2020, that seems to be for testing done on electric golf carts. The sharing of these two reports from a respected third party testing company would provide a solid basis to lend credibility to the extraordinary claims that have been made regarding your invention. Any additional valid test reports that you can provide would be more icing on the cake. Please use whatever public medium for communication that you would like, be it via your social media accounts or even an official press release in your role as Senior Vice President of Technology with Mullen Advanced Energy Operations.

Again, we call on your desire to be “honest and real” with those who have been looking to you to bring genuine change to the industry, and hope to see this documentation shared with the public soon.
