I thoroughly endorse this change. FTNTL are vital and value faculty members, who have deducted their careers to our students. On what basis would we exclude them from basic benefit entitlements?

As an adoptive mother myself, I would have loved to have had the option of taking care of my newly adopted baby as any other professor would have at Georgetown University.
