7730 ELMWOOD RD Not a reasonable change at all for many different reasons, and especially not reasonable to announce this significant of a change just mere weeks before the start of a new school year.

The removal of bus services for a number of families in maple lawn will generate a significant amount of additional car traffic, which is detrimental to the neighborhood and to the environment.

The path is unsafe for walking. It is a trail through the woods over a body of water. The first time a kid falls off and drowns or gets kidnapped will be terrible.

11424 Iager Blvd I believe that this has been rolled out too quickly, without thoughtful consideration of the safety of our children and impact to the community. The path is not safe (no lights, not wide enough next to the street, etc.), and the changes were made mere weeks before the school year starts, giving working parents no time to plan accordingly. At minimum, the school buses should be left in place for at least another year until suitable changes are made to the path and the availability of before and after care.
