Costs virtually nothing, and on rare occasions (or for users with rare use cases) it's invaluable. Maybe not a high priority, but please get it done eventually. Reservation holder.

I signed it for you, but think this one is fruitless. Doesn't fit in with Tesla's minimalist design.

An aux jack provides component expandability, No matter what becomes obsolete in the future (Bluetooth, I'm looking at you!) a wire will still make an audio connection, That and the fact that a jack is just a plughole into electronics that MUST exist, and not electronics in and of itself, makes the addition extremely low cost, given the functionality that it adds.

Since the model 3 isn't going to support steaming from bluetooth, then an Aux makes sense. How else would we get our podcasts?

it's a no brainer to add this option! Seriously. I can't use an external player that is WAAAAAY better than any streaming service or usb crap.

I am currently on the Model 3 wait list in Connecticut. I use an AUX jack in my current vehicle EVERY day. Please consider including one in the Model 3. Thank-you.

A way to read the devices audio library while docked would be ideal.

Would like the auxiliary stereo port to connect my high-end DAC that connects to the iPhone through a digital out lightning connector at the phone end and standard mini plug stereo at the car. My Prius offers such a connection.

Not all audio devices are Bluetooth-compatible! My Volt has an aux jack and I use it some of the time. It's essential!

The Tesla Model 3 needs to have an Aux audio input jack as standard equipment.
I am a reservation holder for a Model 3.
It would be nice
