very upset that i cant get this repaired, would definitely not have bought it knowing it cant be repaired, come on tesco, terrible customer service, just makes customers feel you want to take the money and run! no wonder you are in the state you are!!

Tesco can obviously have the product made, probably from china, so they could easily get the individual parts for replacement.

was told there is no repair service at tesco . Shocking my daughter has only had her hull 2 for two months she is so heartbroken that it can't get it fixed. Come on tesco people have a heart. I have read other comments of repairs costing £90 , that's ridiculous . They should be made more affordable or covered in the guarantee . U all have to solve this soon.

I can't believe that a new screen costs £90, when the Hudl 2 cost me £129 three months ago. Tesco store that I purchased from not any help at all. I'm gutted as I hadn't planned on spending £90 for a screen and definitely don't want to buy a new one!
