My sons stopped working after a small crack on the screen.. Designed for kids maybe they should be made better!!

It's an absolute disgrace that TESCO sell devices like these and don't provide a repair service or supply replacement parts. I knew it sounded too good to be true, there's ALWAYS a catch.

now have 2 broken hudles less than 5 months old one with cracked screen and one now not working despite buying new charger this product is not fit for purpose and should be taken off the market as there is a major design fault with it a full refund should be given to those affected tescos it's time you admitted there's a problem you can't keep ignoring the hundreds of complaints

It would be great to be able to get a screen for my daughters Hudl 2, which she loved, until the screen cracked. Makes no sense that a screen can't be ordered and someone fit it. Not a happy Mummy.

It appears from a very long thread on fb that many people's hudl 2 's screens have cracked like my daughters just from holding down the power button, this must be a manufacturing fault

If the Hudl is to be considered as a serious Tablet, then spares need to be made available. My iPad 1, is still going strong after 6+ years, this Hudl 2, will likely now not even last 6 weeks as its financially unviable to repair it. NOT good for the environment, after all every little helps, doesn't it?
