My son broke his screen within a couple of months, £120 is not something you just chuck in the bin, you expect better service from a company this size, from a product there endorsing as there own.

Replacement parts must be provided by retailer or made available to third party repairers

we have had two hudls since christmas both have not been able to charge after a few weeks as the connections are so loose tesco are refusing to replace as there is a crack in the screen . it worked with the crack so thats not the issue ,my advice to anyone is dont buy a hudl until they can repair them

cannot believe that a such a large company as tesco do not provide a place where we can get our hudl screens repaired. my son has not had his hudl since february and it was a xmas present. no way would i have bought him one had i known that the screen cannot be repaired. very bad service

It's des gusting that I can't repair the shattered glass on my sons hudl - it's not safe for him to use as it could cut his fingers and/or small razor sharp shards could fall out. It's now stuck in a draw! If I'd known they couldn't be repaired I would not have purchased one as tablets and phones are notorious for screen breakage
