This is a petition to demand that the law should be changed so that all the terrorists caught in the act should be given Capital Punishment and not to be kept languishing in jails. They are caught in India while killing Indians, kept in jails at the expense of Indian taxpayers money and then some more terrorists who are not worried about what would happen to them will kill more innocent Indians for releasing these terrorists. Its time we rise and take things in our own hands and make our elected representatives do what they are supposed to do.
