Can i legally terminate my parental rights? I am not happy but custodial parent is a pure nightmare from abuse of child protective services to malicious prosecution. I've got better things to do then be in and out of court all the time, especially since i can't afford an attorney, especially a competent one. I don't love this rape child our relationship has been permanently damaged and the only way to get these people out my life is too severe.... she is in custody with the rapist mother i put the child up for adoption so i don't what happen .... i don't want to be held responsible for this child.... parental rights surrender... her and her brother two rape babies
