The Indianapolis VA Hospital Director and his Deputy Directorare responsible for theenvironment within the Hospitalthat has become very harmful and possibly deadly to Hoosier Veterans. While they may or may not have created this environment, they have notmade anyattempt to address or correct this situation.

Whenever confronted with allegations of wrong doing, these two individuals are responsible for misplacing or destroyingimportant Medical Documents, including Medical Records, that were in question.

Because of their actionsand lack of leadership, the VA Hospital has become a hostile environment for the Veterans, their families and Staff. Veterans and their families have lost trust in their Leadership and do not have faith that they will take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

Therefore we request for your participation in the Petition for theirimmediate Termination.
