A ‘manager’ who makes her staff feel incompetent, as if they’re not enough. Hands down all her tasks to other agents, just to sit in her office doing NOTHING. Absolutely NO remorse, never highlight the good that we do, but punish us for a tiny misunderstanding. #shemustgo✊
