Terminate Robert: Hold 7-Eleven Accountable for Harassment & Abuse
Customers at the 7-Eleven at 3700 Basswood Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76137 have had enough. For years, reviews on Google and other sites have reported the same disturbing behavior from employee Robert: harassment, screaming at customers, refusing service, refusing legitimate money, sexual harassment, and a level of slowness and incompetence that makes basic transactions an ordeal.
I personally experienced one of these incidents when Robert escalated a simple purchase into a threatening confrontation. Many others have written similar accounts online. This is not an isolated complaint, it is a pattern.
The store’s owner, Arslan "Jimmy" Moin, has chosen to deny every negative review and defend Robert instead of protecting customers. By doing nothing, the owner has made it clear that community safety and respect do not matter at this location.
7-Eleven customers deserve better. We deserve to feel safe, respected, and protected when we walk into a store bearing this brand’s name.

We, the undersigned, demand:
- The immediate termination of Robert’s employment.

- Oversight from 7-Eleven Corporate to ensure this location meets basic standards of safety, professionalism, and respect.
This is bigger than one customer or one bad day. Robert’s behavior is a pattern, and the owner’s denial makes it worse.
