This manager was very unprofessional. If she is leading her team members to respond and profile those that are of a different race from her, then she does not need to be in a leadership position or working for a company that deals with different races, cultures, etc.

Racial profiling is wrong. She knew she was wrong because didn't want to give her last name. The sale associate knew it was wrong because they were telling her it was being recorded as if it could not be. Wrong is wrong.
