Racial profiling is never acceptable. When working in retail you must have a sound mind and a professional outlook on all situations. Faith however did not, she must be replaced!

My husband likes to give me gift cards from this Victoria's Secret store for special occasions. We will not spend another dime in this store as long as this type of racial profiling is allowed to continue.

I viewed the Facebook live video & from what I saw the mgr was at fault for demanding that the other 2 black shoppers to leave the store. These type of acts occurring will definitely cause the company to lose business and/or profit!

I won't spend another dime at any VS store until this situation is handled correctly. If she is not terminated and faced to suffer the consequences of her actions then I see where the company stands on this issue and I will not spend another dime and explain to all of my friends and family that our cash, credit cards, and presence is not wanted and to shop elsewhere.

I watched the live video, it was awful as well as hurtful to know that such person represents Victoria Secret, and is in management. Kimberly was clearly racially profiled.

There is no excuse for this. She must be fired and you must train or replace all existing staff. I am an Admin on an Alabama based Facebook group of 85,000+ members. Awaiting your response.
