The actions they were taken today against Ms. Houzah was very unprofessional. I have been knowing this young lady all of her life she is a respectable professional in her community as well as in the medical field!!! I feel this should be taken care of to ensure no one else has to experience such hurt pain and humiliation

This saddens me as a American that people are so ignorant today!! I WILL NOT STEP FOOT BACK INSIDE THE OXFORD STORE OR ANY OTHER V.S. STORE AGAIN!! Until this matter is handled an then it's gonna be iffy if I do!!

This was just unacceptable! You can't group an entire race from an individual persons actions. Why is it necessary to remove everyone with a darker skin pigment from a store because ONE person with darker skin pigment did wrong? Why? If this isn't discrimination then what is? What do I know.....I only graduated with distinction for an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management....I'm sure that means nothing.... I'm black. Thanks for making me realize that.

I'm really sorry this happened to Ms. Houzah but am so glad she captured this on camera. The world can now see just how horribly she was treated by Faith Bachelor. This person has no business in a management position or any position that requires her to use judgment that is fair and accurate. She is a poor reflection on both Victoria Secret's brand and Quintard Mall as a business. This needs to be handled swiftly and a message needs to be sent to others who behave in recklessly poor judgment that they are constantly being watched, filmed and fodder for scrutiny by millions.
