This was down right wrong for what the store manager did to those two ladies that didn't have anything to do with the other black lady stealing. All because of the color of those two ladies skin

I've worked in retail for years. There's a difference in being proactive and aware of customers who could be shoplifting and being downright racist. This wasn't a manager trying to do her job, because that's not how they teach you to handle suspected shoplifters. If you suspect a person of stealing you give them EXCEPTIONAL customer service because someone can only shoplift if you're not aware of your store and doing your job. I know my hometown well and there are many people who think like this girl. Glad someone is finally getting called out for their racism that their so "oblivious" to.

This is unacceptable and should not be allowed. Publically racially profiling and emberassing a person is wrong. Is sickening, nontheless.

What a sad day for the Anniston/Oxford area. It would truly be a shame if the actions of the store manager are allowed to go unchecked. If nothing is done, it says to the community that you condone her actions, and if that is the case, shame on you.
