This is what happens when a manager uses poor discretion, and has been improperly trained. Kim Houzah is a licensed professional (RN), she was reminded today, that no matter who you are....to some people, we're all the same.

Kimberly Houzah is a very sweet person, and a travel nurse, she could of bought anything in that store, I'm sure the other woman could of as well. Don't judge a book by its cover, let that be a lesson to that manager.

I will never shop at another VS in my life and will encourage my family and friends to boycott the store as well if this is not dealt with properly.

Faith's behavior in a leadership position in unacceptable. There is always a better way to handle a situation, instead of creating confrontation with a loyal customer.

What Faith did was inappropriate and unacceptable. Black people some of the biggest consumers of Victoria Secret's in Calhoun county. We should be able to spend our money without being harassed and accused of stealing.
