THE MANAGER WAS SO WRONG. IF SHE WAS GONNA KICK THEM OUT, KICK EVERYONE OUT. NOT JUST THE BLACK PEOPLE. MAKES ME SICK THAT MY OWN COLOR MAKES THE REST OF US LOOK BAD WHEN THIS WAS DOG WRONG! NOBODY SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN KICKED OUR BUT THE PERSON WHO STOLE!!!!!!!!!!!

I have worked in retail for 3 years and we were NEVER trained to treat people this way! Even if we suspect someone of stealing, we cannot react the way that Faith Bachelor reacted. I am outraged and saddened by how she treated them. She needs to be punished...if she can't treat people fairly and cordially, her ass doesn't need to work in retail. I commend you Kimberly Houzah for your classiness. You have a beautiful spirit and as you stated in your video, God doesn't make any mistakes. Love you my black sista.

I worked for VS for 3 years! I loved it. But this her is flat out disrespectful! No class and definitely not fit for customer service. She needs to be sent home.

There was no reason to make the other two ladies leave the store if they had not committed a crime. Not all black people are criminals.

As a black womam I am appalled & hurt at the awful treatment and the racial profiling displayed on this video. There must be consequences! We demand justice for the horrific way these two black beautiful women were treated by the manager. This is 2016, not 1960s!
