She honestly handled the situation in such a distasteful manner. Victoria Secret will be hearing a mouthful if an employee like that is being kept. Not to mention the group of ladies around her not stepping in.
Very disappointed in the way the managers are handling situations at that store.

This is unacceptable. I am a loyal african american customer. I cant believe this woman is representing your brand. If she is not dealt with accordingly, you will have lost a faithful customer. This is ridiculous and an embarassment
