Terminate Faith immediately. Her actions were not acceptable and showed a gross lack of compassion for people who look different than her. Discrimination tears at the soul and leaves permanent scars. It is crippling and needs to be addressed and publically rejected.

This situation is a prime example of racial profiling and discrimination. This incident cannot go unpunished and the store manager "Faith" showed an inability to manage the store adequately and appropriately by the way she chose to handle that situation. Fire her immediately

It is obvious to me that Faith Bachelor LACKS managerial skills and should be fired for the inadequate response to a shop lifting incident at the Victoria's Secret store in Alabama. Her mistreatment and blatant over reaction, due to her incorrect assumptions, does not a manager make.
