The actions of one person should not reflect poorly on a whole company , However she does represent the company as a member of the management team, Victoria Secret needs to make a example of her and let the world know that this is unacceptable by letting her go.

Apparently, this store manager did not take any actions other than to profile a young woman shopping in her store -- two women in fact -- that happened to be "shopping while black". This needs to be investigated and action taken. It is NOT okay.

This woman not only disrespected the young lady who was asked to leave without doing her due diligence but she disrespects the Victoria Secret brand and jeopardizes your relationship with the African American community who make up a large portio of your sales. Do the right thing,

Unacceptable for any manager to put out a customer because of their skin color. Sadly we as managers should make better decisions when it comes to how we interact with the people that make our paychecks possible...
